Physical activity is good for the heart, lungs, muscles, and minds of older adults.  Regular exercise can help older adults stay independent and prevent many health problems that come with age.  We offer, Line Dancing, Low impact cardio, and Chair Yoga.  

Arts and crafts are a great way to get your creative juices flowing. It's a fun way to keep your mind and hands busy. Our center offers a wide variety of activities including ceramics, crafting, and quilting that are bound to channel your inner artist.

For those that love to socialize while enjoying a friendly game of pool or shuffleboard, our center has just what you need. Our center has four billiard tables and two shuffleboard tables, so there's always room to join the fun!

Our center has a Bingo hall and large Dining Room where our members are able to socialize with friends while playing their favorite games. We host several different games each and every week but keep an eye out for our special events!

 LUNCH PRICE INCREASE

 Due to the rising cost of food and paper products it has been determined that we will need to increase our lunch cost. Our regular in-house lunch is  $3.00. A Feast lunch is $4.00. Homebound meals is $4.00 for a regular meal and $ 5.00 for a Feast. Take-out lunches are $5.50 for a regular meal and $6.50 for a Feast. As always, if you are experiencing a food hardship, please see Sandy or Vicki. 

We care deeply about our member's health! To assist in maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle, we offer a variety of services aimed to inform and engage our members. Activities range from low-impact movement classes to blood pressure screenings.

Knowledge is power! Our center works hard to provide our members with the help they need to make decisions and stay informed. We offer services like Legal Aid, Tax Assistance, DMAB, and Medicare Assistance.

Get out and see the world with us! We offer both day and extended trips that range from as close as the Harrington Slots to as far as Freeport Bahamas! If you're ready for an adventure, join us on our next trip.

Find member's that share your interests! Weston has no shortage of groups and clubs for a large range of activities and hobbies. It's a great way to make friends and socialize with likeminded people while doing your favorite activities.
